We read every message. The fastest way to get a response is to use one of the addresses below — they go straight to the right person, instead of through a general inbox where things sometimes get lost for a week.
Question corrections and exam blueprint updates
If you spot a wrong answer key, a typo in a question stem, an outdated reference, or a domain mis-tag, email corrections@examedgeprep.example with the URL of the test page and the question number. We aim to push corrections within 48 hours. When you email, please include a brief note about why the answer is wrong — a citation to the official exam blueprint, the current vendor documentation, or a respected study guide is enormously helpful and lets us push the fix without a back-and-forth.
Requests for new exam tracks
Email tracks@examedgeprep.example with the name of the certification or license you would like us to cover. We prioritize tracks based on three criteria: the size of the candidate community (how many people sit the exam each year), the availability of public question pools that we can responsibly draw from, and the availability of a credentialed reviewer who can sanity-check our blueprint mapping. If you are a credentialed professional in a niche track and would be willing to review our work in exchange for a permanent credit on the category page, we would love to hear from you.
Partnerships and content licensing
If you run a study guide publisher, a video course platform, or a bootcamp and would like to collaborate on a co-branded content piece, an evergreen partnership link, or a licensed integration of our practice test engine, email partnerships@examedgeprep.example. Please include a brief description of your audience, the kind of partnership you have in mind, and a link to your existing brand. We respond to every legitimate inquiry within five business days.
Press, interviews, and analyst inquiries
For media inquiries, including comment requests for stories about the certification industry, the rise of free educational tooling, or the economics of ad-supported study sites, email press@examedgeprep.example. We are happy to share usage data (in aggregate, never per-user) and to speak on the record about how candidate behavior is changing in our space.
General feedback and feature requests
For everything else — the dark mode you wish we had, the question filter you wish we offered, the test track you wish we organized differently — email hello@examedgeprep.example. We cannot promise to build every requested feature, but we genuinely read every note and the recurring themes shape our roadmap.
What we cannot help with
We cannot help you obtain a copy of the actual exam, leaked questions, or a "guaranteed pass" study sheet. We do not engage with brain-dump sites, do not link to them, and do not respond to messages asking us to. We also cannot give individualized study advice via email — for that, please use the study guide on the site, which captures the same advice we would give in a one-on-one note.
Mailing address
For legal correspondence, takedown notices under the DMCA, or anything else that requires a physical address, please email legal@examedgeprep.example first and we will provide the appropriate address depending on the jurisdiction. Sending unsolicited physical mail to a guessed address is a great way to make sure no one sees it.
