What ExamEdge Prep is and is not
ExamEdge Prep is an educational website that publishes free practice tests and study notes for professional certification and licensing exams. We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certifying body — including but not limited to CompTIA, the Project Management Institute (PMI), Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Educational Testing Service, FINRA, or any state real estate commission. Trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only under the principle of nominative fair use.
The practice tests on the site are educational simulations. They are not the actual exam, they are not predictions of the actual exam, and a passing score on our practice tests is not a guarantee of a passing score on the real exam. The only reliable predictor of exam-day performance is sustained, deliberate study against the official exam blueprint.
Acceptable use
You may take any practice test on the site for personal study, free of charge, as many times as you like. You may share links to test pages with study partners, classmates, or colleagues. You may quote short excerpts (a paragraph or so) in a personal blog post or social media share, provided you credit ExamEdge Prep with a link.
You may not scrape the site to rebuild a competing question bank. You may not republish full pages, full tests, or substantial portions of our content on another site, in a printed product, or in a paid course without written permission. You may not frame the site within another site, embed our pages in an iframe on a commercial property, or otherwise present our content as if it were your own. You may not use automated tools to submit thousands of test attempts in a way that interferes with the operation of the site for other users.
No professional advice
The content on the site is provided for educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice and should not be relied on as such. The fact that a question on, say, our NCLEX practice test treats a clinical scenario in a particular way does not mean that the same scenario in a real clinical setting should be treated the same way. Always defer to your training, your supervisor, your jurisdiction's regulations, and the current edition of the relevant professional standards.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or that any specific test will be available on any specific day. We do our best to keep questions accurate and aligned to the current published exam blueprint, but we cannot guarantee that every question is free of errors at every moment. If you spot a problem, please tell us.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamEdge Prep, its operators, its contributors, and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, including but not limited to lost study time, a missed exam date, a failed exam attempt, or any decision you made in reliance on content from the site.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ExamEdge Prep harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Changes to the site and to these terms
We may add, change, suspend, or remove any feature, page, or test on the site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will post a notice at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ExamEdge Prep is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
