Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use Exam Edge Hub, what we do with it, what we do not do with it, and how you can ask us to delete what we have.

What we collect

Exam Edge Hub is designed to require as little personal information as possible. You can take any practice test on the site without creating an account, providing an email address, or otherwise identifying yourself. The data we do collect falls into three buckets:

Anonymous usage data. The site does not currently run a third-party analytics service. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (requested URL, approximate region, device class) that we use to understand which tracks are popular and how the site performs. We do not link this data to any personally identifying information.

Quiz answers. Practice tests are scored entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted to us and are discarded when you leave the page.

Voluntary correspondence. If you email us about a question correction, a track request, or a partnership, we keep your message and your email address so that we can respond. We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not share your address with anyone else.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site itself does not set cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; those font requests are subject to Google’s privacy policy. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally.

Advertising

The site does not currently run display advertising. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first, and ads will be clearly labeled on the page and never disguised as practice questions or test results.

How we use the data

We use the data we collect for two purposes only: to operate and improve the site and to respond to messages you send us. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except for the operational service providers we need to run the site (hosting, email forwarding), and those providers are bound by contract to use the data only for the services they provide to us.

Data retention

Server logs are retained briefly for operational purposes and then discarded. Email correspondence is retained for as long as we reasonably need it to handle your inquiry and any follow-up; if you ask us to delete a specific message thread, we will. Quiz answers never leave your browser.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to opt out of certain kinds of processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@examedgehub.com with a description of your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have the rights granted by the GDPR. Residents of California have the rights granted by the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to request its deletion. Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others as enacted) have the rights granted by those laws.

Children

The site is intended for adult professionals studying for occupational certifications and licensing exams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email privacy@examedgehub.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date below. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Effective date: July 2, 2026.
