This credential is part of the Healthcare & Nursing career field. Healthcare licensure exams are gateways to bedside, clinic and allied-health roles. The NCLEX exams are administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN); the Praxis-style certifications for medical assisting, coding (CPC, CCS) and pharmacy technician work are board-administered through AAPC, AHIMA and PTCB respectively. Pass rates depend on disciplined practice with high-quality, NGN-style item banks.
